Brete Martin
(Level 2 and 3, Basic/Int, Pilates, Ballet for Figure Skaters

Brete Martin is a graduate of The San Francisco Ballet School, where she appeared in performances with the Ballet as a student. She completed her B.A. in P.E./Dance in 1986, and then received her M.A. in Creative Art/Inter-Arts with a Dance emphasis in 1988, while a teaching assistant at San Francisco State University. Brete is a certified Pilates instructor in the Body Arts and Science International™ Pilates Method.

Brete has choreographed, performed and taught for regional companies in the Bay Area, Idaho, and Utah including Utah State University, Dance Caravan, Valhalla Dancers, Logan Allied Arts Company, EMBAJE, Young Artists Ballet Theatre, Peninsula Ballet Theatre, Western Ballet and Patricia Craves & Co. She has given master classes throughout the Bay Area. Brete became a founding member of the Professional Ballet School's Parent Board in 1991. She joined the staff at Professional Ballet School as a teacher for the adult ballet program in 1992 and as resident choreographer for Young Artists Ballet Theatre.
