Emily Zimmermann

(teaching assistent)

    Emily was born in Boulder Colorado. She received her formal training and performing experience from Professional Ballet School taught by Lisa Hyland Carmela and Zoltan Peter. She also studied with The Joffrey Ballet in San Antonio, Texas.
While recovering from an injury Emily spent seven months in France working as an Au Pair. There she resumed studying Ballet, and Jazz, Modern and Belly dancing.
    Emily is currently studying Child Development and Art at De Anza College.She is performing professionally with Penninsula Ballet Theatre under the direction of Michael Lowe.
    Emily continues her training at Professional Ballet School where since 2004 she has been on the teaching staff as assistant and instructor for Children’s Division Levels 1 and 2.
